Frequently Asked Questions

What if I go over my plan limits?

If you exceed your max Contact allotment you will be charged the annual $150 upgrade for an aditional 5000 contacts. That's checked and charged on a quarterly basis. Your pages will continue to function as normal, you will still be able to access your account and all your data will still be available to you

What is a Contact?

When a new visitor comes to your landing page and enters their information they become a Contact in your Contact Manager. You can connect them automatically to our built-in Autoresponder or add them to Broadcast messages you send. You can also add them to a custom Contact List that you can create to better segment and target your audience

Can I change plans at any time?

Changing plans is really simple. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you are downgrading from a plan that offers extra features (i.e. more contacts) you may have to remove some of those extras before downgrading

How many email messages can I send?

You can Broadcast an email message instantly (or schedule it to be sent at a later date) to up to 5000 contacts at a time.

Is there a minimum commitment?

OMS is a month to month service. There is no contract or long term obligation. You are billed on a monthly basis, and if you cancel you will not be billed again

What are my payment options?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover through our online payment system

How reliable is your service?

OMS hosts your pages on a global network of cloud-hosted servers for reliability and speed. All of your data is replicated in realtime to geo-redundant databases, and fully backed up every night

Do you host the pages?

OMS hosts all of your landing pages for you, but they can still appear to be on your own domain name so they are branded with your company name. For example yourdomain.com
